As a green builder we utilize metal stud partition walls at the interior for fire resistance, recyclable, mold resistance, straight, termite resistant. The roof system can be done using wood or metal trusses, metal trusses being slightly higher in cost. We also offer a concrete roof system as an option.

There is a $2000.00 tax credit available with this construction available from the federal government for this type of energy saving home. Works the same way as buying a hybrid car. Insurance costs can be reduced as well. The 3-5% cost of increase of construction are well repaid!
